Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At PryBeauty, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair return process. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

To be eligible:

  • The return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, seals, accessories, and invoices must be intact.

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue may be required as proof.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

PryBeauty will bear the return shipping cost for approved damaged or incorrect products.

Do not ship the product back without prior authorization.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
